GOLDEN RIVER VILLAGE is in immediate need of the following:

Three (3) Sales Executives/Property Consultants:

• Graduate of any business-related course from a reputable university
• Male or female, not more than 35 years old and willing to do field work
• Preferably with at least one (1) year of sales & marketing experience
• Results-oriented, team player, with pleasing personality
• Excellent customer service and great communication skills

One (1) Loans Documentation & Processing Staff:

• Graduate of accounting/business related course from a reputable college/university
• Female, not more than 30 years old
• Proficient in MS applications (MS Excel and MS Word)
• Preferably with at least 2 years of work experience in loans processing
• With excellent writing skills, a team player, and very attentive to details

One (1) Quality Inspector/Purchaser:

• Graduate of Architecture, Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Male not more than 30 years old
• Preferably with at least one (1) year work experience with a real estate developer
• Results-oriented, team player, with pleasing personality
• Excellent customer service and great communication skills
